Garbage has begun lining up tour dates in support of its new album, “Bleed Like Me,” due April 12 via Geffen. A North American club and theatre outing begins April 8 in Seattle and has dates on tap through May 4 in Chicago.
The Shirley Manson-led group will also play a handful of European shows beforehand, and is confirmed to appear at such summer festivals as Germany’s Rock am Ring (June 4) and the U.K.’s Download festival (June 10).
“Bleed Like Me” has already benefited from audience response to first single “Why Do You Love Me,” which rockets 39-20 in its second week on Billboard’s Modern Rock Tracks chart.
As previously reported, Manson and the Distillers’ Brody Dalle guest on the track “You’ve Got a Killer Scene There Man” from Queens Of The Stone Age’s upcoming Interscope album, “Lullabies To Paralyze.”
