Ruess will appear as a “key advisor” on NBC’s The Voice, the network confirms. He’ll appear on the show for three episodes starting March 23, according to Buzzfeed.

The singer tells the website, “I’ve heard nothing but great things about Blake, Pharrell, Christina, and the guy with the tattoos.” He is referriing, of course, to current coaches Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine.
Previous advisors on the current season (eight, for those counting) include Nick Jonas, Ellie Goulding and Meghan Trainor.
The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays.
