Warped Tour is in the midst of its final run, and the seas haven’t been too smooth.
Nu metal band Islander was recently removed from the tour when their singer jumped into a drum set, damaging the instrument that wasn’t their own. Korn’s Brian “Head” Welch wasn’t too pleased at the decision, and took to Facebook last week to let his fans know how “L A M E” it was.
Kevin Lyman, the festival’s founder, responded on Twitter and was met with a respectful reply from Head.
“I would ask Brian ‘Head’ Welch, if an opening act trashed Korn’s gear on stage, how long they would be kept on the tour?” Lyman pondered. “Just wondering.”
“I see your point, but still respectfully disagree w/outcome.@VansWarpedTour bands are chaotic, there should have been back up gear,” Head replied in the most metal way possible. See below.

No offense, wasn’t blaming you… didn’t even know if Warped kicked em off, or the stage sponsor.

Thanks for all the years!
