There’s been a lot going on with Fleetwood Mac as of late. After having to deal with Lindsey Buckingham‘s departure and finding for replacements (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell and Crowded House’s Neil Finn) for a newly announced North American tour, the iconic band has now revealed plans to launch its own SiriusXM channel on May 1.
The Fleetwood Mac Channel will play music from throughout Fleetwood Mac’s Rock and Roll Hall of fame career, including live recordings and rare demo tracks, as well as its members’ solo material and musical influences. Also featured in the channel will be exclusive stories and hosted shows from the group’s Mick Fleetwood, Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks, along with additional insight and perspective from Campbell and Finn.
SiriusXM’s The Fleetwood Mac Channel launches next Tuesday (May 1) at 5 p.m. EST and runs through the entire month on channel 30.
