– ASCAP elevated Colleen McDonough to executive director, taking over for Karen Sherry, who recently retired after 17 years in the role. ASCAP also promoted Lauren Iossa to executive vice president, chief marketing & communications officer. She previously served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
– Cécile Rap-Veber was named director of international collections at French collection society SACEM. Rap-Veber will also continue her current role of director of licensing.
– The Royalty Network elevated Renato Olivari to vice president and Daniel Abowd to director of copyright and new media.
– Pandora appointed Shamal Ranasinghe as vice president of music maker product management.
– Reservoir president & founder Golnar Khosrowshahi was elected to the National Music Publisher’s Association Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 term.

Promotions at Vevo and Columbia Records; New Chairwoman at Music Publishers Association
– Nadine Pena, formerly of DKC Public Relations, joined Crush Music to oversee the media communications strategy for the company’s roster.
– TicketMaster’s former vp of artist services Greg Schmale joined Songkick as vice president, industry relations.
– Sony Music US Latin elevated Andres Wolff to associate marketing director. Wolff, a former label manager at Warner Music Latin who joined Sony Music two and a half years ago, has been instrumental in developing campaigns for Romeo Santos, Marc Anthony, Carlos Vives and Ricky Martin, among others.
– SESAC Latina VP J.J. Cheng exited the company to pursue new digital ventures. During her tenure at SESAC Latina, Cheng built a robust roster of songwriters that now includes Nicky Jam, Gente De Zona and Robi “Draco” Rosa, among others.
– Condé Nast Entertainment named Teal Newland svp, marketing and partner management, digital video.
– Joy Howard joined SONOS as global chief marketing. Howard previously oversaw global marketing for Patagonia.
