
Swedish DJ and producer Eric Prydz today (Feb. 5) released his debut studio album, Opus, marking the next chapter in his career.

The long awaited project consists of 19 tracks, reportedly narrowed down from more than 100 options. In an interview with LA Weekly, Prydz said, “The final track listing comes from about 150 tracks down to just a few.”

Among the records that made the cut on Opus are “Generate,” “Liberate” and his latest single “Breathe,” featuring Knife Party’s Rob Swire. The album is out now via Virgin Records and will be accompanied by a handful of U.S. shows starting Feb. 12 at Terminal 5 in New York.
