With no new major competition to compete with, it seems that Eric Church’s “The Outsiders” could nab a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
While it’s too early to tell just how many copies the set will sell in its second week — ending on Sunday, February 23 — industry sources suggest it may stay put at the top. This week, it opened at No. 1, selling 288,000 copies in the week ending February 16, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The new Billboard 200’s top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday, February 26.
The highest debut on next week’s Billboard 200 chart will likely be Cole Swindell, who just hit No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart with “Chillin’ It.” Swindell’s self-titled debut album, which features the “Chillin'” single, may move around 55,000 copies or so by the end of the week.
Other albums aiming for high debuts next week include Phantogram’s “Voices” and Candice Glover’s “Music Speaks.” The former may sell 20,000, while Glover could shift 15,000 to 20,000. Lake Street Dive is also gunning for a handsome bow with its new album, “Bad Self Portraits,” as is rock band Issues with its self-titled full-length debut.
