EMI Music Publishing CEO and chairman Roger Faxon has expanded the roles of key executives in an effort to drive revenue growth across Europe.
The shake-up follows the departure of Peter Ende from his role as president and CEO of EMI Music Publishing Continental Europe, having served for 28 years in the company, as previously reported on Billboard.biz (Oct. 28, 2009).
Faxon has formed a new European executive committee; he will chair it and global COO Leo Corbett and the continental Europe EVP and COO Claudia Palmer will also sit on the committee.
The committee will also include Guy Moot, U.K. president, who will take on the additional role of president of European creative in order to take a pan-European view of EMI Music Publishing’s creative operations.
Other members include Manuel Tessloff, who has been appointed EVP of sales for Europe, and Antony Bebawi, now general counsel for Europe as well as legal and business affairs director in the U.K.
