EMI Music Publishing has appointed Dylan Jones to lead the publisher’s
worldwide corporate communications and marketing unit.
Based in New York, Jones will serve as VP of corporate communications and marketing, responsible for deepening the publisher’s relationships through a broad communications program. He will report jointly to chairman/CEO Roger Faxon and CFO Leo Corbett, while working closely with EMI Group senior VP of corporate communications, Amanda Conroy, and her London and New York teams.
Jones transfers to the publisher’s New York office from his current London-based role as EMI Group senior director of corporate communications.
Before joining EMI in 2005, he was head of music and public relations for
digital audio broadcaster Music Choice Europe. He joined Music Choice from MTV Networks U.K., where he headed the U.K. communications team promoting flagship events such as MTV Europe Music Awards and the launch of MTV’s digital family of channels.
