If you made a New Years Resolution that involved upgrading your personal wardrobe or your private plane collection, 2015 is off to a great start: Lelands is auctioning off a vest once worn by Janis Joplin and Julien’s will do the same for two jets formerly owned by Elvis Presley.

Joplin apparently gave the vest — which is made of suede and heavy on fringe — to a 14-year-old fan towards the end of 1969. Lelands suggests that Joplin originally handed the fan jeans as well, but those did not stand the test of time, so you’ll have to look elsewhere for an authentic pair of 1969 bell-bottoms.
Elvis Presley’s Planes to Depart Graceland Following Management Shift
Elvis’s planes, the Lisa Marie and Hound Dog II, come with an unfortunate caveat: you can’t fly in them. However, the interiors of both planes have been preserved — they were on display at Graceland until this year. The King had his flying machines outfitted with “a penthouse bedroom… an executive bathroom with gold faucets and gold washbasin, a videotape system linked to four televisions and a stereo system with fifty speakers.”

You have until Jan. 15 to get a bid in on Joplin’s vest. Bidding on planes is open until Feb. 2.
