Singer/songwriter Steve Earle will embark on a month-long North American tour next month in support of his latest E-Squared/Artemis album, “The Revolution Starts … Now.” The trek will kick off Jan. 20 in Charlotte, N.C., and wrap Feb. 20 in Vancouver. Singer/songwriter Allison Moorer will support.
“The Dukes, Allison Moorer and I will play every city in the United States of America that will have us before we shut this tour down,” Earle wrote on his blog earlier this month.
Last week, Earle was nominated for two Grammys stemming from “Revolution.” The set earned a nod for best contemporary folk album, while the track “The Revolution Starts Now” was nominated for best solo rock performance.
The artist wraps up a European tour tomorrow (Dec. 15) in Nottingham, England.
