
Drake is joining the voice cast of the upcoming film, “Ice Age: Continental Drift.” Other voice cast members announced yesterday (April 26) are Jeremy Renner, Jennifer Lopez, comedian Aziz Ansari, Wanda Sykes and Keke Palmer.
The newly announced voice cast members join a prestigious cast from the former three “Ice Age” films: Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Seann William Scott and Josh Peck.
The cast was revealed during a meeting on Fox grounds, during a meeting with potential promotional partners, licensees and retail partners, according to Reuters.
Drake’s role has yet to be confirmed. Lopez will be play Shira, a saber-tooth tiger who steals Diego’s heart away, played by Leary. “Ice Age: Continental Drift” debuts next year, July 13, 2012.
