Drake Bell was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of DUI, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The musician and actor was pulled over in Glendale, Calif., around 2 a.m., the L.A. Times says, after police reported that his car was speeding and swerving. Bell then failed a field sobriety test.

The Drake & Josh star made headlines over the summer for tweeting that he would still call Caitlyn Jenner “Bruce,” after her male-to-female transition. He later apologized for his “thoughtless insensitive remarks.”
