Donald Trump entering the race for the Republican nomination (after threatening to do so in 2012) has already spawned a bevy of jokes just within the two days since his announcement. Here’s another one to add to the roster: a comedian taking his first campaign speech and performing it as slam poetry.

Donald himself has a rather idiosyncratic way of speaking, but his dramatic words and frightening claims actually fit quite well into a (very exaggerated) slam-poetry style.
