Dolly Parton this morning (Oct. 25) announces a major European tour to take place in the spring of next year, her biggest such itinerary since the 1970s.
The country superstar has so far confirmed 18 shows in eight countries with more to be added.
The tour is being booked by Live Nation, and the U.K. section of the tour is a weighty seven-date run which represents her first arena tour of the region.
Parton’s British leg opens March 20 at the Manchester Evening News Arena and continues in Newcastle (21), Glasgow (23), Sheffield (24), London’s Wembley Arena (25), Cardiff (27) and Birmingham (28).
Tickets for the British shows go on sale on this Friday (Oct. 27).
