Denis Leary’s series Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll will debut July 16 on FX.

Leary plays a has-been rock star, Johnny Rock, trying to get his life in order and reunite his band, the Heathens. The series co-stars John Corbett, Elizabeth Gillies, Bobby Kelly and Elaine Hendrix. Leary is co-creator and writer and executive producing with his partner Jim Serpico. It is filming in New York City.
In making premiere announcements, FX also set Louis C.K.: Live From the Comedy Store for May 28 following the season 5 finale of Louie. It is the comedian’s second stand-up special for FX.
