After sporting a classic white cape dress from Christian Siriano at Saturday night (Aug. 27) Mayweather-McGregor fight in Las Vegas, Demi Lovato trades in her white gown for a black statement-making Zuhair Murad Couture creation at the 2017 MTV VMAs in Los Angeles.
“I think it’s a little different and very rock n roll,” stylist Law Roach tells Billboard exclusively of Lovato’s all-black ensemble. “We went against wearing a gown because I think with the MTV VMAs you have the freedom to be very creative and to do whatever you want. I always say if you get an opportunity to play, then play (with fashion).”
Pulling together her sexy-yet-refined full look was plenty of white diamonds from Messika and lace pointed toe heels from Casadei.
