Death Grips is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Warp Records with the release of a 30-minute noise rock mix titled Gmail and the Restraining Orders.
The group’s previously unreleased mix was played during Warp’s takeover of NTS Radio Friday night (June 21). The online radio festival will air over the weekend with exclusive music by Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Brian Eno, Danny Brown and more.
Gmail and the Restraining Orders was played over the loudspeaker prior to Death Grips’ concerts in 2015, but the online radio debut marks its first official release under that title, Consequence of Sound reports. Listen below.
Death Grips’ last album, Year of the Snitch, was released in 2018.
