The latest Jack White project is here.
In July, the Dead Weather reported it was returning for a third studio album, due later on in 2015. Today, Third Man Records announced the new LP is called Dodge and Burn and that it will hit stores Sept 25.
The first official single was also announced. It’s called “I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)” and its music video is streaming exclusively via Tidal.

For Dead Weather devotees, four of Dodge and Burn‘s 12 tracks will be familiar. Back in 2013, a seven-inch single featuring “Open Up (That’s Enough)” and “Rough Detective” was released through Third Man Records’ Vault subscription service, with the promise that those songs would appear on a future LP. In 2014, another pair of Dead Weather tracks — titled “It’s Just Too Bad” and “Buzzkill(er)” — followed. Remixed and remastered versions of these four songs (two with slightly different titles) all appear alongside “I Feel Love” on the album’s official track listing, available below:
I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)
Buzzkill(er)
Let Me Through
Three Dollar Hat
Lose The Right
Rough Detective
Open Up
Be Still
Mile Markers
Cop and Go
Too Bad
Impossible Winner
To refresh your memory, the Dead Weather is one of Jack White’s many projects, though he only drums in this one. The Kills’ Alison Mosshart handles vocal duties, with guitarist Dean Fertita (also of Queens of the Stone Age) and bassist Jack Lawrence (also of the Raconteurs).
