The Humphreys County Sheriff’s Department recovered his body after a search that began Sunday following the incident on Kentucky Lake in Tennessee.
Earlier, The Tennessean reported that two teens were spotted tubing on Sunday when they fell into the water. Witnesses said Greer, who was wearing a life jacket, never came back up.
