Coldplay has bolstered the line-up on its forthcoming shows at Wembley Stadium, with Jay-Z and Girls Aloud now appearing on both nights and new U.K. rock act White Lies also added to the bill.
Jay-Z is special guest for all remaining U.K. tour dates.
The shows, due to take place Sept. 18 and 19 at the London venue, form part of the band’s U.K. and Ireland tour that also features a Sept. 12 date at Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Sept. 14 at Dublin’s Phoenix Park and Sept. 16 at Glasgow’s Hampden Park.
Previously, Girls Aloud and Jay-Z were to be the sole support act for the respective Wembley dates of Sept. 18 and 19.
SJM Concerts will promote the U.K. dates, while MCD promotes for Ireland. X-Ray Touring is the band’s booking agent worldwide.
