Clear Channel Media and Entertainment announced the creation of two new high-level positions today as Tom Schurr is appointed President of Operations for the company’s major markets while Matt Martin takes the same title for the company’s Regional Markets. Both will report directly to company Chairman and CEO John Hogan. Both positions represent more of an effort to streamline the company’s existing systems than any sort of new management structure.
