Ciara paid tribute to Kobe Bryant at the Super Bowl on Sunday (Feb. 2) by showed off her growing baby bump in the late NBA star’s jersey.
Forgoing a caption, the star posted a series of snaps on Instagram wearing a Lakers jersey emblazoned with the number 24 — Bryant’s number during the latter half of his basketball career. Ciara paired the jersey with gold jewelry, small wire-framed sunglasses and baggy oversized pants straight out of the 1990s.
In the photos, the singer’s husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, is also seen rocking a white Bryant jersey with the number 8 as the couple took in the big game from their box seats.
Following the sudden passing of Bryant and his daughter Gianna in a helicopter crash on Jan. 26, Ciara also shared a hearbroken tribute to the pair on Instagram, writing, “This news is heartbreaking. I am lost for words. Praying for @VanessaBryant, the Bryant family, and other families that have lost someone. Rest in Paradise Kobe and Gianna.”
