Chris Brown and Kelly Rowland will hit the road together for a fall tour, both R&B/pop stars confirmed on Tuesday (July 26).
According to Neon Limelight, Rowland spilled the news during a radio interview on New York’s Hot 97. “I’m also going on tour with Chris Brown in September,” she says. “I’m so excited about that.”

Meanwhile, Brown posted on Twitter, “Me and Kelly Rowland, along with other incredible artist are going on tour!!!! I’ll let u know who else is on later! Lol.”
Since the March release of “F.A.M.E.,” Brown has stayed busy by playing to packed “Today Show” crowds, recording with Justin Bieber and winning big at the BET Awards. Meanwhile, Rowland’s latest solo effort, “Here I Am,” was released on Tuesday; in a live Q&A with Billboard.com, the former Destiny’s Child star talked about approaching the album with a certain fearlessness.
“As an artist I’ve allowed myself to try different things in the studio,” says Rowland, whose Lil Wayne-assisted single “Motivation” clocked in at No. 2 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart last week. “Where I would have been a little scared, I allowed myself to just be. I wasn’t afraid. That was one of the best parts of this album is the fact that there was nothing holding me back. The only thing that could have been holding me back would be myself.”
