Rising U.K. pop songstress Charli XCX shows fans how to throw a hipster slumber party in her music video for “What I Like,” released on Wednesday (Apr. 3). The track is from her forthcoming debut album “True Romance,” which drops April 16 through Atlantic/Iamsound.
The video showcases the singer and two friends romping around in a bedroom with an Italian greyhound. Charli and friends eventually trade in a cliché pillow fight scene for a fully-clothed bath instead, which later transports Charli to a glowing underwater world.

The 20-year-old singer dropped “True Romance’s” first single, “You (Ha Ha Ha),” earlier this year, after creating Internet buzz with earlier singles “Nuclear Season” and “You’re The One.” Charli XCX is currently on a European tour with fellow British female Ellie Goulding, and will be touring North America with Marina and the Diamonds throughout May before performing at this year’s Bonnaroo Festival in June.
