Charles Hamilton got locked up again last week, and this time it wasn’t in a psych ward.
Apparently, the unstable rapper caused a disturbance in a bar in Ohio and when confronted by a police officer, he smacked the cop up. According to the New York Post, he is still in custody with bail set at $25,000.
Seems like when he’s not getting smacked — remember Mary J. Blige‘s step-daughter smacked him up for putting their “business” out there? — Charles Hamilton is giving them. SMH.
And in other “rapper in trouble with the law” news, former Bad Boy recording artist G-Dep was arrested last week on murder charges. Supposedly, Dep walked into the 25th precinct in Harlem and confessed to killing a man during a robbery gone wrong in 1993, reports the New York Post. Dep was 18-years-old then.
“It was just eating away at him,” said a police source to the paper.
Now, almost 20 years later, G-Dep — who has been locked up more than 25 times since then for drugs, burglary and grand larceny — has been charged with murder and is being held without bail.
SMH. Let’s hope these rappers get their ish together.
