Massively successful diva Céline Dion has a new album on the way, and she’s just shared a new video featuring a closer look at her in-studio sessions.
The minute-long clip shows Dion laying down vocals in Jupiter, FL’s Echo Beach Studios, with guidance from famed producer Eg White (Florence + the Machine’s “Ceremonials,” Adele’s “19”). They’re working on new material that the producer describes as, “a love song, but more bitter than that. It’s got a more annoyed edge to it.”
Tentatively titled “Water and a Flame,” the new Dion album is expected for an October release. It will be her first English studio album since 2007’s “Taking Chances,” and 25th studio album overall.
Last month, Billboard reported that R&B singer Ne-Yo had written and sung on a duet on the new album.
