Sheryl Crow, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Travis Tritt and Hank Williams Jr. will take part in a tribute to Johnny Cash during the 37th annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards. Set for Nov. 5 at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House, the event will be broadcast live on CBS in the U.S., and will be seen on BBC Two in the U.K. and the Nine Network in Australia.
