CAA's Cara Lewis
Hip-hop agent Cara Lewis is leaving talent agency CAA, Billboard has confirmed.
The New York-based Lewis joined the firm in 2012 after a 23-year run at rival William Morris Endeavor. She has represented the likes of No. 35 in 2014 (her fourth successive appearance) after another solid year in which she booked dates for Eminem, West and the Pitbull/Enrique Iglesias tour.
The New York Post reported the news on Nov. 3, citing unnamed sources who claim Lewis’ personality wasn’t a fit at the agency.
