You’ve got the toys, the sneakers and all the merch. Very soon, you can own the BTS range of Uniqlo t-shirts. All 12 of them.
The UT capsule collection, titled BT21, features eight cute and cuddly characters printed on each shirt.
Jungkook, V, Jimin and Co. didn’t just curate the range. The K-pop stars are said to have created the designs to reflect their own bubbly personalities. According to a statement from the Japanese casual wear brand, the singers “all actively participated in the whole process from drawing sketches to execution.”
All up, 12 unisex shirts will be available at Uniqlo stores and through Uniqlo.com from Friday (June 21) and they’re priced at $14.90.
Expect the shirts to fly fast. The South Korean megastars’ first U.S. stadium tour last month grossed $44 million from six shows, selling almost 300,000 tickets according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. Add in a handful of South America and Europe shows, and the boy band’s Love Yourself: Speak Yourself Tour racked in $78.9 million and more than 606,000 tickets sold.
