BTS hit the red carpet for the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) on Wednesday (Dec. 4) in a collection of Celine looks sure to send the A.R.M.Y into overdrive.
The septet looked simultaneously editorial and edgy in their complementary ensembles by the luxury French fashion house. While leader RM topped an acid-wash denim jacket and pair of khaki trousers with a wide-brimmed, straw-colored hat, J-Hope, Jimin and Suga each opted for shining metallic bomber jackets in varying shades of gold and copper — with the latter adding an extra dose of flair with his jacket’s snakeskin print.
Meanwhile, Junkook commanded attention in the central spot in the lineup wearing a bold, slightly oversized animal-print overcoat, and both Jin and V went slightly more casual in jeans-and-blazers combos.
Over the course of the night, the K-pop boy band swept the awards show, picking up nine awards and closing out the show with an elaborate perfomance of hits like “Boy With Luv,” “Mikrokosmos” and “Dionysus.”
