By now, BTS are probably used to being greeted with screams and sobs everywhere they go. The 7-man K-pop hit machine brought their high-energy antics to the The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday morning (May 25) for a spirited run through “Fake Love,” causing the usual amount of pandemonium.
Dressed down in street casual outfits consisting of mostly ripped jeans, t-shirts and sporty jacket, the group pulled off their signature synchronized dance steps as the audience howled their approval.
The episode also featured BTS and host Ellen DeGeneres discussing the band’s return to the Billboard Music Awards last Sunday (May 20), where they performed “Fake Love” on TV for the first time. “It was a dream come true,” said V. “It was really special. It was really fun.” They were also shocked when an Ellen staffer jumped out to surprise them as part of a prank callback to a gag they did on the set of Friends.
