Bruno Mars and Keri Hilson will perform at the NBA All-Star Pregame show on Sunday, February 20. The performances will take place – and stars will arrive – on a special T-Mobile Magenta Carpet before the game, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. Nick Cannon will host the event.
Live coverage will begin on NBA TV starting at 5 p.m. ET, leading into TNT’s live pregame show from 7 to 8 p.m. During the three-hour T-Mobile Magenta Carpet show, all 24 NBA All-Stars will walk the carpet in the first hour on their way to the arena, followed by a guest list of NBA players, NBA legends and celebrities from film, television, music, fashion and other sports.
During TNT’s live broadcast from L.A. Live, Bruno Mars will perform several songs and Keri Hilson will perform her current single, “Pretty Girl Rock,” during NBA TV’s broadcast.
“For All-Star 2011, T-Mobile wanted to up the ante to do something truly special for Los Angeles basketball fans and our local customers, so we’re thrilled to partner with the NBA to host the first-ever T-Mobile Magenta Carpet,” said John Clelland, Senior Vice President of Marketing, T-Mobile USA. “T-Mobile will host several events leading up to All-Star that will give our customers the chance to experience the excitement first-hand, either through attending Magenta Carpet or going to one of the games.”
