Bruce Springsteen is taking the stage in his hometown of Asbury Park, New Jersey this month.
The icon will be performing at a re-opening party for the historic Asbury Lanes on June 18 as a special guest. The event will celebrate the transformation of the beloved bowling alley into a music venue. A donation will be made by iStar to the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County.
In 2010, developer iStar invested $100 million to renovate the areas on and around the boardwalk, according to The New York Times. Asbury Lanes opened to the public over Memorial Day Weekend.
Portugal. the Man and the Tangiers Blues Band are also set to perform at the event.
