Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have rescheduled their postponed Madison Square Garden concert to March 28, according to a press release.
The band’s Sunday (Jan, 24) show was postponed due to a blizzard in New York City. Tickets to the original show will be honored on the new night.
Additionally, The River Tour is extending its U.S. run with 14 new shows, and the band will play May 19 in Portugal as the headlining act on the first night of Rock in Rio Lisboa.
The new dates will begin with a third and final show at Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena March 19, and will extend through Denver, Dallas, and Detroit with two final shows at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on April 23 and 25.
The tour — Springsteen’s first in two years — follows the release of The Ties That Bind: The River Collection. The band is performing the entire River record in sequence on every date of the door, with an additional set of songs stretching out the show to over three hours.
