French artist Brodinski has long since been known for his distinctive ability to blend trap and techno, as showcased on his first solo album Brava.
Brodinski & Bricc Baby Premiere Gritty ‘On Me’ Music Video: Exclusive
These days, however, Brodinski has been hiding out in Atlanta and just emerged with a new mixtape called The Sour Patch Kid, which will be coming out Sept. 9. In addition, the DJ will be embarking on a full U.S. tour, for which tickets are set to go on sale July 21.
For this mixtape, Brodinski is advancing the traditional trap music by blending it with his passion for southern-style hip hop. As a result, he’s produced unique sounds like those in “Treat Me Like Gotti”, which features Atlanta’s own Yung Booke. Check out the video and the tour dates below — this mixtape title may be sour, but the music is sweet.
