“We’ve been here together for five years, delivered about fifty releases, organized more than 300 parties, festivals and other events. Today, Louis « Brodinski » Rogé and I have decided, alongside the rest of our crew and staff, to put an end to the intense and exciting experience that was Bromance.”
It’s the end of an era for Brodinski and friends. The label that gave the world tracks from Louisahhh!!!, Gessafelstein, Maelstrom, Jimmy Edgar, and more is calling it quits. Bromance gives no specific reason, citing that such a decision and the moments leading to it should remain private, but the label celebrated the five years it spent giving men and women a place to share their ideas and creativity without any limitations or expectations, other than personal greatness.
Bromance stood for unbridled musicality and experimentation. It was an open door, not a box to be fit into, and for that reason, the dance music scene will miss it sorely. Read the label’s full closing announcement via Facebook below.
