Britney Spears is many things: style icon, chart-topping superstar, and, of course, mom to her two sons Jayden James, 8, and Sean Preston, 9.
“My kids come first in my life, bottom line,” she tells People in their new issue, on newsstands Friday.
Like any mom, Spears is busy keeping up with her sons’ various activities, that is when she’s not dazzling audiences in Las Vegas. And she’s even come up with a way to make sure her kids stay on top of their studies. “Homework is a priority,” she said. “We have a reward system that helps motivate them: if they get so many As, they get one toy a month.”
It’s not just about the homework in the Spears household. Chores abound for Sean Preston and Jayden James — and with it comes the possibility of an allowance. “Preston just asked for a high allowance – like $10 a week or $20 a week – but we’ll see!” she said.
However, Spears’ life isn’t just about her little boys. New music from the singer is right on the horizon. It’s been confirmed to People that her highly-anticipated collaboration with Iggy Azalea will drop on May 5.
