Britney Spears has another place to call home.
The singer recently bought a five-bedroom house in Thousand Oaks, California for $7.4 million, according to Variety.
Spears recently extended her Vegas residency for another two years, but she’s clearing planning to continue to spend time in Los Angeles as well.
Variety notes, “Avid celebrity real estate watchers may recall that it was only three years ago that Miz Spears, a property gossip column staple who’s previously owned multi-million dollar homes in West Hollywood, Malibu, and Beverly Hills and over the years rented several mansions in L.A.’s ever-more celebrified western suburbs, shelled out $6,744,500 for an 8,456-square-foot hacienda-style Mediterranean inside the swanky, guard-gated Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks.”
