Britain’s Culture, Media and Sport Committee will publish its long-awaited report into the secondary ticketing market on Jan. 10, 2008.
The “ticket touting” report will analyse and assess the case for government regulation of the sell-on market for entertainment tickets.
The committee will publish its report and recommendations on its Web site at 00.01 am GMT on Jan. 10. Physical copies of the report will be posted the previous day.
Chaired by John Whittingdale, the committee is appointed by the House of Commons to examine the expenditure, administration and policy of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and its associated public bodies.
