In case you haven’t been on Twitter lately, George Clooney got married to Amal Alamuddin over the weekend in Italy, and tons of A-list entertainers turned up to celebrate, including Bono.
While leaving Venice Monday morning, a reporter for People asked Bono about the nuptials. After joking, “Wedding? What wedding? I was at a bar mitzvah,” he added: “The party was great. It’s still going on … in some people’s minds. [The ceremony] was very emotional and lovely.”
