An attorney representing Bobby Brown says the entertainer’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, isn’t and never has been married.
Brown’s attorney Christopher Brown released a statement Tuesday disputing reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown is married to Nick Gordon. Bobbi Kristina Brown has been hospitalized since Saturday after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at a suburban Atlanta townhome. Gordon and a friend called police.
In January 2014, a representative for the family confirmed to The Associated Press that Brown and Gordon had gotten married, but did not release additional details.

Bobbi Kristina is the only child of Bobby Brown and the late singer Whitney Houston, who was found unresponsive in a hotel bathtub in 2012. Whitney Houston left her entire estate to her daughter.
Bobby Brown’s statement apparently invalidates Bobbi Kristina Brown’s post to Twitter in January 2014, in which she stated she and Gordon had been married. Gordon was taken in by Houston when he was 12 years old.
Brown’s family has said she’s in a hospital “fighting for her life.” The aspiring singer was reportedly moved to a new hospital Monday, relocating from North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga. to Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital.

In other news, TMZ is reporting that according to family sources police have now found drugs at Bobbi Kristina Brown’s house, after an initial search revealed none. Police have not publicly confirmed this.
