Black Veil Brides singer Andy “Andy Six” Biersack fractured three ribs after falling from a balcony at the hard rock group’s show in Hollywood on Saturday (June 18).
In a fan-shot video of the incident, Biersack can be seen climbing a side balcony at the Hollywood and Highland Shopping Mall as the rest of the five-piece and their fans rocked out beneath him. After 10 seconds of singing from the perch, the singer decides to climb down and jump back onto the stage, but he misses his mark and his torso collides with the side of the stage. However, Biersack reportedly returned to the stage and finished the set with the group.

“Thank you Hollywood for singing with me…jumped from the balcony and broke my rib…heading to the hospital…you rule<3 I’ll be back soon,” the singer posted on Twitter after the incident. He later tweeted that he “shattered 3 ribs on my left side,” and that was “resting so I can get back to rockin onstage asap.”
“Set the World on Fire,” Black Veil Brides’ second album and major label debut, was released last Tuesday on Lava/Universal Republic. Their next scheduled tour date is this Friday (June 24), when they kick off a 20-date stint on the Vans Warped Tour in Dallas, Texas. A rep for the group tells Billboard.com that Biersack will miss some upcoming shows, but is not sure how many.
