Who are the rising young executives driving our business forward?
Billboard‘s annual Power Players special feature “40 Under 40” will identify these individuals — and we invite our readers to offer their nominations online here.
Individuals in all aspects of the music industry are eligible if they were born after Sept. 1, 1975. (The final cut-off birthdate for honorees will be determined by the publication date of this special feature).
Individuals recognized in a previous Power Players report are eligible for consideration.
Individuals who make their living primarily as artists and/or songwriters are not eligible unless they own their recordings or songs and act in a business or executive capacity to market them.
Billboard editors will choose among the nominees by considering their achievements, both within their company and the broader industry, with an emphasis on recent, measurable accomplishment, as described in their nomination.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, June 19, 2015
