Billboard launched its Real-Time Social Charts via a partnership with Twitter last year. The charts track U.S. music conversations among the millions of tweets sent each day and reflect the top tracks being discussed.
Additionally, The Hollywood Reporter‘s THR.com was selected as an honoree in the category of best magazine website.

Winners will be honored in a May 18 ceremony hosted by Hannibal Buress at New York’s Cipriani Wall Street. A stream of the award show will be available the next day on the Webby Awards website.
Vice Media topped this year’s Webby Award nominees, with 17 nominations. Other companies with strong showings include CollegeHumor with nine nominations, Funny or Die and HBO tied with eight nominations, The Guardian with seven nominations and Comedy Central and Mashable tied with six nominations. This year’s Webby Awards received nearly 13,000 entries from all 50 states in the U.S. and more than 60 countries worldwide. Less than 8 percent of this year’s entries were selected as nominees.
