For decades, composers needed to pick their medium: film or television. Today, in many ways, the independent film and high-end TV composer communities are more or less the same.
A group of composers will discuss this phenomenon at BMI’s panel “The Blurred Line Between Film and Television” at the Billboard + Hollywood Reporter Film and TV Music Conference at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5. This year’s event is being held on the Universal Studios lot in Universal City, Calif.
