Royksopp will on March 21 unveil a live EP, “Royksopp’s Night Out,” recorded last November in Oslo, near the duo’s hometown of Tromso. The nine-track Astralwerks release is highlighted by a cover of Queens Of The Stone Age’s “Go With the Flow” and also features such dance hits as “Poor Leno,” “Only This Moment” and “Sparks.”
The group will return to the road early next month for three shows in Japan: Feb. 1 in Tokyo, Feb. 2 in Nagoya and Feb. 4 in Osaka. Royksopp’s latest album, 2005’s “The Understanding,” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Electronic Albums chart.

Liza Minnelli’s 1972 album “Liza With a ‘Z'” will be reissued March 7 via Columbia/Legacy. The original release, which served as the soundtrack to Minnelli’s variety show of the same name, reached a career-best No. 19 on The Billboard 200.
In conjunction with the reissue, Showtime will on March 31 air the original “Liza With a ‘Z'” broadcast and is also planning to release a DVD of the program.
Minnelli is gearing up for a nine-date European tour that will begin Feb. 13 in Munich. She will also perform April 29 in New Brunswick, N.J., as part of a benefit for the Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County.

The Allman Brothers Band, Gov’t Mule, Medeski Martin & Wood, the North Mississippi Allstars and O.A.R. lead the lineup for the second Wanee Festival, to be held April 14-15 at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
The bill will also feature performances by the Derek Trucks Band, Oteil and the Peacemakers, the Wailers, New Monsoon, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Jack Pearson Band, Railroad Earth and Honeytribe featuring Devon Allman.
