Roger Waters’ 2000 double-disc concert album “In the Flesh Live” and the subsequent year’s DVD of the same name will be packaged together for the first time in a new edition. Now renamed “In the Flash,” the CD/DVD is due Aug. 22 via Columbia/Legacy. Both the CD and DVD will remain available separately.
“In the Flesh Live” was taped June 27, 2000, at the Rose Garden in Portland, Ore. The track list goes heavy on Pink Floyd favorites, including “Another Brick in the Wall,” “Brain Damage,” “Comfortably Numb,” “Wish You Were Here” and “Welcome to the Machine.”
As previously reported, the set is due Oct. 3 via Wind-Up. “We’ve been playing music together since I was in junior high,” Lee said. “I miss him already.”
