Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’ Getting 20th Anniversary Re-Release
Nirvana’s label, Universal, is planning to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band’s classic album “Nevermind” with a reissue. The revamped “Nevermind” will include rare songs, b-sides and unreleased recordings spread out over four CDs and a DVD. The album, which sold 30 million copies worldwide, turns 20 on September 24 and the reissue will come out on September 19. (SPIN)
‘Glee’ Co-Creator Says No Guest Stars Next Season
On the heels of his announcement that the current cast of Glee will graduate after next season, Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy said there will be no guest stars — a la Gwyneth Paltrow — in season three. Murphy also said that there will be fewer songs. While that may seem counter-intuitive for a show about competitive singing, Murphy said that the upcoming season would be “all about the stories and the characters.” (TV Line)

Ke$ha and Fans ‘Get $leazy’ to Benefit Nashville
Ke$ha is offering her fans the chance to “Get $leazy” at the July 31 stop on her summer tour in exchange for volunteering in her hometown of Nashville, Tenn. The first fans who sign up with Hands On Nashville (http://www.hon.org) and complete a volunteer service between June 22 and July 24 will get one free ticket to the pop star’s show at the Municipal Auditorium. David Guetta Sets Release Date For New Album
David Guetta, whose 2009 album “One Love” sparked three singles on the Hot 100, will return August 30 with his fifth studio album, “Nothing But The Beat.” Usher, will.i.am, Snoop Dogg, Akon, Jennifer Hudson, Sia, Timbaland, and Dev are featured on the album. The first single, “Where Them Girls At” feat. Flo-Rida and Nicki Minaj, is already out, and second single, “Little Bad Girl” feat. Taio Cruz and Ludacris, will be released June 28. (Press release)
Wu-Tang Fans ‘Most Likely to Put Out’
Wu-Tang Clan fans have been declared the most promiscuous at this weekend’s Glastonbury Festival, according to an online dating site. Tasebuds.fm, which matches people with similar taste in music, conducted an anonymous survey about its users dating habits then applied the results to acts performing at the Glastonbury. The results found that Wu-Tang Clan fans were “most likely to put out” at the festival, followed somewhat surprisingly by fans of B.B King. Wu-Tang Clan also finished second in the category “act with most male fans” to DJ Shadow. (NME)
Buddy Holly Cover Album Streaming on NPR
NPR Music is streaming a first listen of the Buddy Holly compilation of covers, “Rave On Buddy Holly.” The album features the likes of Paul McCartney, Lou Reed, The Black Keys, Cee-Lo Green, Fiona Apple and Modest Mouse covering some of the bespectacled rock legend’s best-known hits. (NPR)
