Bill Hader will host Saturday Night Live Oct. 11, NBC announced today. The SNL alum — who left the show in May 2013 — is currently getting great reviews for his dramatic performance in Skeleton Twins, opposite Kristen Wiig (meaning fans are going to hope she makes a surprise appearance on the show alongside him).
Making his SNL debut, the musical guest for the Oct. 11 episode will be Irish singer Hozier (pronounced “hoh-zee-er”), who released an EP Take Me to Church in 2013. His studio debut, Hozier, drops next month.
As a returning alum, fans naturally will be hoping to see Hader break out some of his most popular impression, including Eliot Spitzer, Shepard Smith, Lindsey Buckingham, and, of course, a creepy Keith Morrison. If Stefon doesn’t appear, audiences will likely revolt.
